Charges for accompanying person:
Welcome reception on the 30 of August starts from 40 euros.
Conference dinner on 31 of August starts from 45 euros.
Excursion to the Parliament of Republic of Lithuania on 1 of September (from 15.00 PM to 17.00 PM) is free of charge. However, you must register. Sign up will be available at the conference registration form.
Guided tours around Vilnius University ensemble and the Library on 30 of August (from 10.00 AM to 12.00 PM) will be available. Prior registration is needed. . Sign up will be available at the conference registration form on the Internet. Prices: For adults – 5 € / per person. For school children and students – 1,20 € / per person. Certificate of attendance will be issued upon request.
Invoices
Invoices will be sent by e-mail before the meeting. All the data will be copied from the registration form. No invoices will be issued on site. You can pick up your original invoice at the registration desk.
Confirmation
All services must be requested on the registration form. Confirmation of registration will be sent upon payment arrival. Until payment is received, the registration will be on hold and won’t be considered. The organization will send a confirmation e-mail mentioning all requested services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will be accepted until June 30 and refunds will be made after the meeting.
